As the HR Manager at Springdale Indian School, you will oversee and implement key human resources strategies, ensuring compliance and alignment with our organizational goals. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
  • Employee Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing prompt, fair, and confidential resolutions to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Recruiting and onboarding talent.
  • Fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws.

  • Minimum a bacherlor degree in human resources, business administration or public administration or in the relevant field is required.
